Furious

Based on my calls with discovery vitality, I was told my vitality was now linked to my life insurance as I resigned from discovery medical aid due to a job change and moved to bankmed. I specifically said I want to keep my vitality though I was changing medical aids and the vitality deduction would go off with the life insurance deduction.

I’m not sure what has happened because virgin active deducted the full gym membership amount (1030) instead of the 75% discounted amount (257).

This is unacceptable as your agent said everything was linked. Further, I had silver status but when I check on my app it says blue. Someone needs to explain asap.
