Frustrating service for healthy gear and food benifit

The healthy gear and food benefit is not worth the effort. Every month for the last 6 months I have to call and ask why has it not been paid out and every month it is the same story, that they are experiencing delays. You can no longer see the benefit on their website either. Apparently their technicians are working on the problem. They must also be slow because it has been 6 months since they started working on this issue.
