FRUSTRATING - LACK OF FULFILLMENT OF BENEFIT!

<p>Discovery AppleWatch benefit - amazing. Fulfilment - **********! Two visits to the iStore with a hectic schedule and no time to spare and still no Apple watch! I have wasted appx 3 to 4 hours of precious time activating my benefit, going into store to fetch and due to Discovery's systems being down I still do not have my watch that I have paid for and done the admin on! Staff at iStores are bad mouthing Discovery and the total lack of forward thinking on this (lack of) fulfilment. ANY CLUE AS TO WHAT I DO?!</p>
