From superb to junk in 4 months. Keep your Diamond status

Discovery with the new points system has made it almost impossible for my family to keep our diamond status this year. The bank is shocking and despite going in twice does not return calls or answer mails. The rewards and discovery miles are a joke and not worth the hoops I have to jump through to even try keep my status. I went from last year being so happy with Discovery to hating them all in a period of 4 months. I have been with Discovery for around 25 years and have every product they have so it will be difficult to unwind and just move so I am stuck for now. Discovery card used to be my main credit card but will just use it at the partner stores and don't care anymore about trying to reach my goals and they can keep my diamonds status and their ****py miles.
