From flight booster problems now shoe booster hell!!!!

I cant activate shoe booster as i am required to pay an activation fee . However on the shoe booster guide it states that if you have activated your team vitality membership you do not need to pay R375 shoe booster activation fee . When i call the call center i am advised that i will have to pay the activation fee because i did not boost my shoe 30 days after paying team vitality membership .What nonsense is that ?? You mislead clients and give wrong information . I had a problem with flight booster took weeks to resolve now THIS???
