Friction using the product once again

My Wicode didnt work after generating it in store and the store staff at Sportmanswarehouse opted for me to use my miles, HOW DOES THAT WORK?! Why am I crucified for the lack of efficiency form the integration of the two companies and once again law and behold I experienced friction and wasted my time. What a **** of a product!
