FREE 3 month vitality benefit

I was contacted in February when i had activated my maternity benefit only to have received an SMS from Vitality saying the following: 'Congratulations on your pregnancy! As a member of Discovery Health Medical Scheme, you qualify for 3 months free vitality which includes great Vitality baby benefits. We'll call you soon to get started.' i then received a phone call from Discovery Office to further discuss this 'FREE' vitality benefit, within the phone call i had asked the consultant whether she is sure this is a free benefit for the 3 months and whether she was sure that i would not be charged for this benefit, the consultant had assured me that i would not be charged and is a free benefit that Discovery is offering... Much to my amazement, without my consent i had a deduction for Vitality on my payslip for June 2023. I had further phoned Discovery on Monday the 26th of June to explain the situation and request a refund as i had not given consent to activate the vitality benefit, i was transferred from department to department and eeeeevvveenttuuaaalllyy ended up at Discovery Vitality conservation department, i spoke to a gentleman by the name of Robin, advising that i would like a copy of the recording from the conversation between myself and the consultant who advised of the 'FREE BENEFIT' an that i wanted a full refund as i did not consent or agree to any vitality benefit and neither was i advised by the consultant who sold this FREE BENEFIT so well that after the 3 months free i apparently had to call in and cancel the FREE 3 month subscription, i had in the 3 months of this FREE BENEFIT not made use of any of the benefits, nor activated any of the so called benefits linked to this FREE VITALITY BENEFIT, Robin had advised that he had escalated the problem and advised that i should have feedback by Friday (Today), only to be told today when phoning in yet again that the escalation is still pending and that usual turnaround time is 2 weeks?????? So Discovery is quick to deduct money that was not authorized to have been taken but i need to now wait 2 weeks for an answer as to whether i will receive a refund... I am beyond upset at this point!!!!
