<p>I was interested in getting a vitality membership earlier in the year so i called discovery. I later changed my mind and called in informing them not to activate it. That was not done. They still went ahead and activiated my vitality without my consent.</p> <p>Now i get mails everyday about vitality and my points, etc. I never consented to this!</p> <p>Im not sure if they have taken any money from me for this vitality?</p> <p> </p> <p>Can someone sort this mess please!!!!!!!!!!</p>
