********** Debit Order - I'm not even a member!

I had to end my medical aid as at 31 Oct 2020. I was informed I could not keep Vitality independently even though I wanted to. Thus accounts were settled, as per Discovery's records. On 17 June 2021 Discovery mails me that I am owed R280, please fill in bank update form. I specifically deleted the clause authorising debit orders. I categorically wrote that this is not authorised and I am not a member. Believe you me I have had experience of Vitality's stupidity and thought I am covered. Not so. Today they debited me instead of the promised refund! Idiots or *****s?
