Bought airtime for R275. Monies went of credit card. No sms was received with voucher number? Monies was therefore ****** from me. Escalated this to Vitality call center twice with no assistance. GotPrepaid telephone number on Discovery website just ringing!! According to Vitality callcentre the number they've got for their service provider GotPrepaid also just rining??<br> Herewith copy paste from Vitality website.<br> \GotPrepaid is a specialist in prepaid airtime delivery.
