Flight name change

I made a booking and I am now struggling to get a surname change because Vitality Travel refuses to make the change on their end and the airlin tells me they cannot do anything as the flight was booked with Vitality. I have sent email, called multiple times and i am getting no assistance from Vitality agents, one i spoke with recently tells me to cancel the booking, lose R600 on my return flight and this means i pay a whole lot more as the flight have doubled, what sort of nonsense is that. So had i booked with the airline directly, this would not have been an issue but i am now in this position because of Vitality. What a ****ty service.
