Flight booster non payment

Boosted a 2018 October flight. Got all the goals needed. Cash back was indicated for 21 December 2018. It is 31 December 2018 and still nothing. I've called repeatedly and guess what, no response or payment. I have 3 different reference numbers yet no resolution 1. ********** 751 2. ********** 804 3. ********** 056 What is wrong with your department? i been told inquiry takes 3 to 5 working days, this was supposed to happen on 21 Dec so i refuse to wait further. When will this be paid to me? Why has this not yet been paid to me? Why for the umpteenth time do I receive no response ? Please wake up and pay me. or is it all just false advertising?????????????????
