Flight booster non payment

Boosted a 2017 December flight. Got all the goals needed. Cash back was indicated for 4 February 2018. It is 27 February 2018 and still nothing. I've emailed repeatedly because I am not wasting my money on minutes fixing your problems and guess what, no response after the automated response. What is wrong with your department? When will this be paid to me? Why has this not yet been paid to me? Why for the umpteenth time do I receive no response when I email you people? It's been weeks now. My February billing date has come and gone which is when it should have been paid per your terms and conditions of the flight booster. Must I first threaten you with bad reviews before you do what you say you will do? Please wake up Vitality flight booster team and do your job or please pay me for doing it for you.
