Fix the Vitality app as points don't show

For around the past 5 weeks points don't show and are not calculated unless a call is log. Then I get told to log in and out, clear cache and want not... which doesn't work. Eventually Discovery updates.. until the next week and we are back to square one... no points showing... Get your act in order and fix the app. This has been weeks now.
