Fitbit not syncing heart rate
I bought a Fitbit Charge HR a month ago. One of the criteria for a fitness incentive is to sync and record to the heart rate. After trying many times and getting an error message when syncing I have found out that Discovery doesn't sync with the heart rate only records steps.<br> I highly annoyed after having purchased the watch based on info supp**** on the Vitality website as one of the approved watches.<br> <br> Why can't Discovery sync the heart rate??????

At Vitality, we have always valued clinically relevant and verifiable data because this helps us to better serve our members.
The format in which we receive heart rate data from Fitbit is such that we cannot verify the exact heart rate achieved by a member during a physical activity. This then means that we cannot verify that activity to ensure that it is aligned to our clinical requirements. It is because of this that you do not earn heart rate points using a Fitbit.
