FEEL CHEATED

I activated the Shoe Booster through Vitality which costs R350. This entitles me to get 100% back on a pair of running shoes bought at Sportsmans Warehouse if Sportsmans Warehouse is my store of choice -which it is and if my husband and I have had a Fitness Assessment done - which we both had done . I also checked my status on Sportsmans Warehouse to make sure I receive 25% back and it was confirmed on my app. On 21 December 2018 I bought myself a pair of running shoes. I was really excited that I would be getting 25% cash back in January. Imagine my horror when I only got 15% cash back! I called Vitality thinking that maybe they had made a mistake. The lady I spoke to said that she could see my purchase and was sure I would get paid the remainder that was owing to me. In February I didn't get paid the additional 10% of the 25%. I called again. I spoke with Kgwadu in the call center who advised that I only get 15% as the cash back was calculated on Vitality's side in January and it's a new year so my 25% from December is no longer valid even though the purchase was made in December.....Kgwadu said that she would make 100% and come back to me. Kgwadu phoned me 2 days later and confirmed that I am only eligible for 15% as the cash back was calculated in January. I asked her to escalate the complaint. She said I must write an email to customer support. I told her I was speaking to customer support and I didn't want to go around in circles. I asked to speak to a supervisor.....I'm still waiting for someone to call me back. It has been 5 working days now. I was told 48 hours!!! Be VERY careful when dealing with Discovery Vitality.....they are not honest!
