I am so upset with discovey. Vitality has really gone backwards. I use to get cashback from pick n pay regularly and it was never under R50, always above. For the past few months i hardly get any cashback. You always said if its under R50 you wont pay out, it carries over. Now recently i only get paid out R6 for all the money i spend, I always shop at pick n pay. How does this even make sense. I heard from someone they have the same issues and was told that you look at our shopping receipt and if you see we dont just buy vitality products and if there are unhealthy products on our receipts you penalise us and dont pay out. Is this true, if so this is a violation of privacy and not what was agreed on. I want answers or i am cancelling everything at discovery, because as it is i hardly get any benefits like i use to get.
