Fed up with the same empty promises again!!!!!

I really dont know what to do anymore. I have tried everything and it still seems like discovery vitality just does not care about honesty and their clients. I got my first gym booster payment back, after having to send numerous emails. Another promise was made for the next payments, and it is a week later now and still no payment has been made.Countless emails, and no feedback.Also my smoothie vouchers doesnt work, and the only feedback is it was used.Why would i ask help if i used it. I pay my medical aid every single month, never late, and never miss anything. Same with my gym fees.Vitality advertises all these big promises, but never delivers.Always just have the next excuses.They help you with half of the issue, and it seems like they just do that to keep you quiet.This is starting to look like a ponzy scheme,as vitality realised they are now losing money.I do not understand how this can be legal at all.I have all the email correspondence of the empty promises that has been made to me, it seems like the ombudsman and legal route is the only way.Who will hold Vitality accountable of mispresenting and their empty promises.Please help as i feel so helpless,and im the client!
