False promises when trying to sell vitality

I were called on 3 October 2015 by a consultant from Discovery Vitality when the consultant convinced me to activate my vitality after I was told that there will be no activatn fee at planet fitness because I am already a member of discovery. I locked a query about this as I found out that I should pay the activation fee after false information was given to me. It is the 15th October already, and still no solution was given to me.<br> <br> On 13 October 2015 I was again promised a call from a consultant (Sheraaz van Amsterdam) on 14 October 2015 and that did not happen.<br> <br> Discovery vitality really give me the impression that they like to make flase commitments towards client just to get to to activate the Vitality.
