False promises of Discovery points

<p>I did a cpr course last year and was awarded points. This year I did level one and two course. When I submitted certificates to Discovery I was informed that I will not be getting points for level one and two first aid courses because the service provider was not accredited. I immediately informed the service provider who emailed proof of accreditation. When that was corrected I was then given a different excuse from discovery why I cannot get points. (Because of the CPR course). What Discovery cannot understand is that these are two different courses.</p> <p><br /> </p> <p>I feel deeply hurt and aggrieved by this. Discovery should have given me the correct reasons in the first place why I could not be given points. (I would have left it at that) Instead I was given a false promise "I can get points if the service provider is accredited. I feel that I should be given some points to make up for for the misleading information given by Discovery which caused problems for both myself and the service provider as they were very upset .</p> <p> </p> <p>Discovery is playing games with me and are not prepared to listen to how aggrieved I feel by this whole situation and cannot tell me how they are going to address their poor service delivery.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am extremely disappointed</p>
