FALSE PROMISES AND NO ISSUES ARE FIXED

Almost a year ago, was called by vitality regarding my premiums and was supposed to get a refund more than 8 months ago. recently I switched medical aids from private to Employer and they cancelled my Vitality. i then was contacted by a lady last month to say that she will fix and transfer it as she can see the error. it has been almost a month and i am not getting my points, nor has my benegits and status been replaced. Why am i paying for service when i dont receive it?

Further to this, when my medical aid was moved, my PMB benefits were not transferred so my my new medical aid which means i now am liable for my psychiatrist visits. no one calls back or comes back with feedback.
