False Promises

I found the Discovery Vitality app very convenient. Especially the digital cards aspect. This was until I tried to get a digital card from Ster-Kinekor. On the app it clearly says that you can get a digital card for free or a physical cars for a price. Ster-Kinekor confirmed that this is not true at all. I was told that you have to first get a physical card then only can you get a digital one. This is false advertising on the app. It makes it seem like you can opt for a free option but when you spend your time standing in a queue to get it you find out that this is not the case.
