False information

I was told that if I activate a bank account with discovery bank, I would get a refund on my Kalula tickets. For 3 weeks my husband called, and they’ve said that it’s being processed. I feel that they are lying just to keep our hopes up. We have done so much business and give money to them every month, yet this is the service we receive. Honestly, when are we going to get proper answers!!!
