False Delivery

On 05 Feb 2016 I joined Team Vitality online. From the 10 started receiving sms's that says \Good news: your team vitality pack will arrive today between 9m-5pm, track no.894417 till this day I hvn't received anything. On Friday the 12 I sent an email asking them, where is my pack? because when I tracked it kept on saying delivery vehicle has departed. I was promised that I was going to receive it yesterday. Yesterday afternoon I sent an email requesting to get the no. of the driver so I could locate hm, but I dd not get any feedback, I then tried to call *** still no one answered. I waited in the office until 5pm no one came no one called me. This morn I rcvd another sms that says \"unfortunately we couldn't deliver we were unable to get intouch with u\", they went to deliver @ 2/12/2016 11:07:59 PM, was I supposed to stay in the office until midnight? no body bothered to call me & they are lying on this sms. My husband tried to call them as well to arrange that the parcel be delivered to him, no one got back at him. I have a race tomorrow morn how am I supposed to go without my licence? Is this how vitality treat its new members by continuous lies? I'm very dissapointed"
