False advertising of benefits

False advertising of benefits which they have no intention to actually honor to the end.

I decided to try out their shoe booster benefit in January 2018 when they launched it as I was in need of some new running shoes. Everything worked great the first half of the year. I made all my goals and every month received my cash back. wonderful!

Until November 2018... Since then I have not received any cash backs and only 9 months have technically gone by. So much for this being a 12 month benefit in which you could get up to 100% money back for your shoes...

I have called them and logged calls since January to query this and every time you have to wait 5 - 7 days for them to get back to you and every time the feedback is that it will be paid in the next pay round. 24 February 2019 should have been the final payment... but once again it has come and gone with nothing from Vitality.

This is extremely poor. They need to publish an official apology to their members that they never actually intended to give members 100% back for their benefit if they made all their goals and also remove this from their site as a benefit for members as they are still advertising it to the poor unsuspecting members that think Vitality actually intends to honor it.
