False advertising/ No response

I have sent screenshots and called but after 20minutes on the phone I hung up because how long can it take to get to my emails.</p> <p> </p> <p>On your website you say the activation fee is R1450 but I join Virgin<br />active at Hazeldean today and had to pay R1865. You advertise that you<br />get R500 cash back but then they basically ask R500 more for the<br />activation. What kind of advertising is this?????</p> <p>Surely the fee for the card can't be R415????</p> <p>Is this a gimmick to get people to join by fooling us into thinking we<br />get R500 back?</p> <p> </p> <p>How long do I have to wait to get a response? I am not going to accept that January is your busiest month and now I have to wait. You don't wait when you take my money every month.</p>

I am getting really irritated by your responses. It is 2 weeks later and still no response or refund or nothing. Why the hell should I pay you if you you cant even sort this out. False advertising, promising me a refund and then nothing but you take my money every month.
