false advertising / hook line sinker

Having signed up on a promise that I would recive free gym over another insurer I decided discover was the one to go for .... Spoke to some one who said yes it free signed me up and promised all would be fine I could go ahead and register with the gym . Then having the gym say that they didn't want to register it after signing contracts with the gym under the call centres advi*****t . <br> <br> Called wanting to speak to A manager promised a call back in 24 hours . Waited 4 days eventually go some one call me (NOT. A manager ) only to say a manger will call me in 24 hours ... <br> Shocked that a company can be run like this every person I spoke to had a different answer as to who qualified and at what time it had to be done .... <br> <br> Loosing my faith in discovery rapidly .... <br> <br> Virgin gym on the other had has Been amazing called every day to see how things were going / are going as still not finished .....
