False advertising healthy gear benefit

False advertising of vitality member benefits

I have mailed vitality numerous times highlighting the diluting of thier healthygear benefit pertaining to product offering in totalsports (thier healthygear partner )

The benefit states in writing that sportswear product falls under the vitality healthygear benefit

Yet for the past couple months new sports wear coming into totalsports no product is falling under the vitality umbrella

This goes against what is stipulated in writing on vitality website highlighting the benefits of the healthygear benefit

Sports wear in totalsports is currently not falling under the vitality umbrella as it once was and vitality clearly do not care to address the fact the the healthygear benefit is diluted and becoming less and less worth while for members who pay for these benefits

It’s stipulated in writing that the benefit covers sportswear in totalsports as long as vitality do not address this is it is a case of false advertising and false promises

This goes against the Consumer protection act
