False Advertising from Discovery

I am seriously considering stopping my health, Life and Vitality with Discovery. I just stood in line at Clicks to buy a device (heartrate monitor) so that I can upload my training stats and claim towards my Vitality Active rewards (wonderful new initiative from Discovery). Just to see that the device is on the system under the Discovery benefits but cannot be given to me. The reason (after holding for about and hour with the Help, No, Helpless line) is that the benefit that Discovery advertised (R750 - from your medical savings towards the device) has been put on hold. I used my lunch hour to do this but was away for more that 2.5 hours. They ask you R300 to register for the Vitality fit and Active rewards but I cannot prove that I reached my goals other that buying the device myself. I could use the Apple phone option, O but I don't use a iPhone so that wont work either. This is just totally unacceptable. Why don't they remove all the false advertising from their site that are not true.
