Failure to resolve issue with partner

I have been trying unsuccessfully with Discovery to sort out a linking problem with Parkrun. The Parkrun website is forever down and their support centre has failed to help. When contacting Discovery, firstly you encounter *********** individuals. Then after sending through email proof (at their insistence), they resolve part of the problem and conveniently forget the rest. After calling numerous times, you are yet again requested to send through all previous documentation. Wonder if this is a delaying tactic to afford them time to wrap their heads around the problem. They frustrate you to no end, presumably with the intent of getting you to forget your complaint.<br> This is very poor service, from a supplier that does not care but charges you thousands of rands every month. They also align themselves to partners (Parkrun) whose website is forever down, but fail to take accountability for their partners shoddy service.<br> I am hoping somebody of sufficient seniority calls otherwise i may just have to add to the already growing cancellation rate.<br> Some of the referrence numbers that might help : ***<br> Names of individuals : Carl Govender/Nonhlanhla Ncube/Nana Mbhalati etc etc.<br> <br> Scotty
