Failed Tech Support

I've had a problem with my Samsung S Health app not syning with my Discovery App. I raised this with both Samsung and Discovery Vitality tech support, Samsung referred the issue back to Discovery. On the 17th they responded with instructions on how to resolve the issue which I had already tried but did again, which included deleting both apps and then relinking, then trying to sync which failed as the discovery app keeps sending me a pop up of additional permissions required, regardless of the settings being correct. I was then ask for screen grabs of the issue by 3 different people which I sent. Then it went quiet. Today some random agent which had completely misread the issue responded explaining the new vitality points allocation. I responded and explained that's not my problem, then I was asked by another agent to send screen grabs again which I did, then I got a response that the apple watch has issues and I should contact Apple directly to solve my problem. Please teach your agents to read, and address the problem correctly and if they don't have a standard typed out answer to respond accordingly that it shall be escalated. And why every time I get a response must it be from a different person who I have to now re-explain the problem to. This is poor service and coordination. If you can't help me please say so, and advise Samsung and myself accordingly!
