Extremely bad service from discovery

I joint vitality may 2024 online got a call from a consultant who was busy chasing a sale didn't even take my banking details for vitality. They didn't even disclose that I don't qualify for free promotion if I'm adding vitality to flexi care ( failure to disclose information to clients) I spoke to a consultant because tye suspended my flexi care I downgraded vitality and paid the outstanding amount. Consultant didn't update anything on downgrad vitality they now want me to pay R819. I asked them to listen to all call recordings I even went to discovery in Sandton and still not been assisted. I regret using it it's best I get a refund on all my money they are so ***********
