Extremely Bad Service

They will just call you to join the vitality promotion for 3 months and claim it to be for free and you can just cancel at any time. But then when you call for cancellation they will tell you that they will only send cancellation after 30days! meaning it will be more like 2 months waiting period. What nonseses is this? I am extremely annoyed by this as I wanted to cancel the Vitality ASAP since it is not working for me. The agent by name of Tashrik was even laughing at me at the end of the call. I am so angry and dissappointed by this service... Given ***
