Extremely bad service.

App**** for the shoe booster product last year July, the activation did not take on the app, so I was advised by the front line agent to redo the process again, which I did. Followed when activating the service was on advice provided to me by the frontline agent from Discovery Vitality Team. That is why the process was followed as per your team and I did so . Was advised to go to the store and do as per transaction history, go back to call based on my history with your organisation. Called a month later, still at the time the agent, advised that all in order and that the shoe booster would be active on the next goal circle. The following call I was advised that it was based on a payment failure issue. Submitted proof of payment and after a month of hearing nothing on the issue, I that because I followed the frontline misinformation that I was wrong in my actions.

So, why is it every time I spoken to someone about the problem, there is a different explanation and going back to my previous correspondence, why does it take 8 months to find this fault. When I called in August 2017, why was I not advised about the issue, so that I could return items.

Not just the financial lost, the service in general is poor, it does not matter which touch point it is. Issues are handled differently by each touch point, one area says do one thing and the other area it is a different thing. As long as discovery gets their money, it all good.

Poor customer service is expectable, using loop holes to justify misinformation by the team is a great way to not except accountability and fixed issues.
