Extra charges on hotel booking

I recently wanted to book a hotel using my vitality discount. It only allows you to book for 1 adult and you need to call kulula to \find"out the extra charge for the 2nd adult. <br> Kulula themselves were also not very helpful. For 3 days I was promised a call back and nothing happened. <br> Today a gentleman from Kulula assisted me and advised the extra charge for the Kloofzicht hotel will be R731. I then did the booking immediately and the charge then doubled to R1420 extra. This is not fair. The hotel price on the discovery website has been consistent for days and its unacceptable that once you enquire the extra adult it changes on kulula. I am not happy with the booking system and the uncer*****y in the extra charge. Further to that there is also a 100% cancellation charge if you are not happy with the extra person. 99% of bookings are for 2 adults"
