Exemplary service from a Discovery Vitality customer service agent.

I had been having a problem getting my Shoe Booster app**** to a purchase and after 3 weeks of getting nowhere, having spoken to a number of service agents all telling me conflicting information, I got a call from Nombuso on a different issue. At the end of the call, when she asked if there was anything else she could help with, I told her about this issue I have had unresolved for 3 weeks and no one could help me. Poor Nombuso didn't realise what she had gotten herself into! She took on my case and must have spent hours going through the multiple emails and correspondence, even to the point where she listened to the call records of past calls where I had been told the conflicting information. It took a few days of thorough investigation and I could hardly believe my ears when she called me yesterday to say she has resolved the issue to my great favour and I now have the Shoe Booster app**** to my purchase. I can't believe how much work she has put into this case and how she has persevered, what an amazing level of service she provided.
