A Big thank you to Kwena (Not sure how the name is spelt, vitality department), for resolving the issues I had with your discovery card division (still not sure why I haven't cancelled my discovery card because just department is pathetic, any way that's not why I'm writing this) Just want to say thanks to Kwena for an exceptional service I received this afternoon, not only he was polite and professional he managed to resolve my query and also to calm me down, Its people like him that help us keep faith back into certain situations, really deserves a pat on the back, Thank you Kwena once again.<br>
