Wow where do I begin, what an exceptional service I just received telephonically from Leeroy. I'm speechless, well I called to cancel my membership he said ok as if he knew I didn't hv tym for any convincing I just wanted to cancel bt guess what he asked me jst one simple question which changed everything thing "is there anything else I can perhaps help you with b4 I transfer you" I said ACTUALLY YES! I started telling him when I joining I was promised this and that... the moon and the stars bt it's almost a year bt absolutely zilch where are those promises!!! Then wow the guy explained to me too me step by step I even have points I earned I will go spend during lunch I didn't know off, and yoh I can go on and on how patiently the guy was, very knowledgeable he managed to answer and gave clarity on all my questions from me canceling to me going to even open a new account.
