Excellent Service

I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Chetan in the Discovery Vitality Call Centre. I was impressed by the level of service he offered in dealing with my query. Chetan's telephone etiquette is flawless. I called the call centre on limited airtime and requested Chetan to call me back - which he did promptly. He asked for my permission to place me on hold while he confirmed information regarding my query. He added value by sharing information with me which could potentially lead to a complaint.
