Excellent handling of issue

I would just like to thank Discovery for such an efficient service and handling of an technical glitch I had over the last couple of days on my discovery app with rewards. The customer service staff provided me with regular feedback and sorted the issue very efficiently. This type of customer service doesn't exist in South Africa anymore, thank you.
