Endless hassles with my weekly claims

I have been a Discovery client for more than 7 years. Over the last 2 years Discovery have been giving me the run around with most of my claims. Honestly it feels like Discovery rejects claims on any possible technicality and make it difficult for a client to get the benefits which are due to you as per Discovery documentation. I have had endless hassles with Discovery PMB benefit as well as expenses related to the birth of my child(2024). Extremely frustrating to have to call in the Discovery call center every week to follow up on a problem topic/claim and start from scratch each time when a new call center agent answers. Honestly try a different medical aid.
