Empty promises - still no baby bags since 12 March

Good day, <br> <br> I received a voice mail message around 6/7 May stating that the matter is receiving attention - does not seem like a lot of attention though since there has not been any movement on this since my first complaint on 4 April 2015. <br> On 4 April 2015 the feedback was that the stores will have stock within two weeks - according to my calendar that would be 18 April 2015. <br> My name's been on the list since 12 March 2015 (two months ago). At the speed things are currently moving the baby will be turning two by the time the bags are ready<br> I am extremely frustrated with the poor service received thus far and Vitality feels more and more like an empty promise and a *******
