Empty promises no reimbur*****t

After cancelling my discovery vitality membership, I waited a further 2 months being debited for the cancelled account. I made numerous calls to the company at my own expense and I was promised that I will be reimbursed. It is now 19 July 2021 I am still waiting for the reimbur*****t since I cancelled in April 2021.

It is shocking that someone claiming to be in charge, called and promised me my money, but it never materialized. Being unemployed is not a joke!
