Empty promises

Pathetic service. I cancelled my policy received an email from vitality stating it will be cancelled 30 April. You receievd my dull premium yet now you claim i wond receive my fuel spend for April. A service for which i paid. Its not acceptable. And i will lodge a ombudsman complaint
