Empty promises

I was very excited to join team vitality (as a runner) on 5 January 2016 as I was looking forward to being part of what appeared to be a well organised and supportive running club. As this was a first time application, I was told that I'd get a starter pack with running license delivered to my chosen address. This has not happened as yet. In the beginning, I was informed that the delay comes as a result of ASA delaying with giving out 2016 licenses but after still not receiving my pack when the licenses cleared I followed up, got apologies and found out that they didn't have my chosen address. I found this to be strange as I submitted address with application and also nobody contacted me when they realised that they didn't have a delivery address. Now I'm being told that I have to go to Sandton to pick up my running license! Why has it been separated from the welcome pack??? Why haven't I received the pack??? I've had to buy temp licenses for runs because I can't keep missing runs over a license!
