Emergency surgery- no one willing to contact for reference number.

I have a medical emergency where I need tonsils removed but I won't even be able to display that becaus trying to get hold of anyone is impossible! I was put on hold for 30 minutes with an annoying voice over telling me to use all other sorts of methods which doesn't work because I need a reference number in order to get this surgery! I understand why it's harder now than ever before- COVID-19. Tell me something I don't know! I just need a number to possibly save my life!! Horrible medical aid. You don't care about reference numbers, you care about money. Not saving lives, you care about money! Fix this **** up, Discovery!
