Efficient Customer Service

I logged a query yesterday with Andisiwe in the Vitality department regarding my Vitality points that were not updating. In less than 24 hours my query was resolved, when I checked on my App, my points had updated. Andisiwe then called me to update me the query has been resolved. Thank you so much Andisiwe for the excellent customer service, you're a GEM!!!
