Double standards

The discovery vitality app is nothing more than a frustration at best. Vitality is very quick to take penalize you if you miss a goal or target, like gym visits that one signed up for 24 visits a year and then they change it to 36 and throw the contract's fine print at you if you query it. But if one try to redeem a reward, you are lucky to log in on the app, and then you still have to hold thumbs to select a reward. In the end you end up paying for the item that you should have received for free with the reward at the shop. Giving me another reward don't resolve the problem! You want us to comply 100% with the rules without exception, BUT you don't have to, we just have to accept your excuses while you don't accept ours. Refund me in money not extra reward for when we default we pay with money!
