double debits and interest charges as well as no response to dispute

Good day, I am facing problem atleast once a month from the time i joined vitality n signed up for cc, over debits and no response on dispute and now interest charges on cc after paying full amount , i am not sure i am being targeted? what heck is going on with you discovery? you cant handle this problems and how you going to run a bank in future? ridiculous and shame on you for eating poor customers money
