Double debited

Good day

Last month I did not have enough money for my vitality debit order to go through so I called in through to your call centre and asked for banking details so I could make an EFT payment. After doing so I then sent the proof of payment to *** but I was shocked when this month end my account was debited an amount of R680.00 instead of the normal R340.00.

Please assist and reverse my money.
